About Pilates
Pilates is suitable for any age group and level of fitness, it has been proven to be benificial during the different stages of pregnancy, pre and post surgery and for rehabilitation from injury or illness.
In the ten years that I have been teaching Pilates I have witnessed both the physical and psychological benefits it brings to a great many of my clients. Pilates has also helped me both physically and mentally through my two pregnancies. I am delighted to share the mindful, beneficial and self healing movement that Pilates promotes with everybody who comes to do my classes.
