I have been enjoying 1:1 sessions with Ulala for a couple of years and find her a gifted and inspired teacher. Sessions with her are always interesting, fun and accessible as well as being challenging to just the right degree. Her depth of knowledge and interest in individual needs means that she seems able to adapt on a moment to moment basis so that you get the most out of every session.
It is testament to Ulala's incredible adaptability that she has moved seamlessly into teaching online. I am loving the sessions in my own front room and find them every bit as good as the studio sessions. Ulala explains everything so clearly that there is no need to keep looking at the screen unless she is demonstrating something for you.
I cannot recommend Ulala highly enough - if you want to improve the functioning of your body in any way then you need to try Pilates with Ulala.

Since 2014 I have been attending studio classes with Ulala. She has helped me to regain flexibility, function and stability in my body, having had a brain haemorrhage as a teenager. I can do things I’ve not done in 20 years! She always makes me feel safe but knows how and when to persist and push…Ulala is really intuitive, and knows when and how to adapt a movement if it is not working for me. Definitely go and see if if you want to feel great in your body.
